Anun\u021bul publicat de Casa Na\u021bional\u0103 de S\u0103n\u0103tate (CNAS)\u00a0<strong>indic\u0103 o sc\u0103dere cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 30 \u0219i 50%, pentru ambulatoriu de specialitate, stomatologie \u0219i medicin\u0103 de familie, piloni ai unui sistem de s\u0103n\u0103tate func\u021bional \u0219i eficient.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ambulatoriul de specialitate furnizeaz\u0103 servicii de diagnostic, tratament \u0219i monitorizare, pentru o gam\u0103 larg\u0103 de probleme de s\u0103n\u0103tate, asigur\u00e2nd astfel \u00eengrijire medical\u0103 de calitate, \u00eentr-un mediu mai pu\u021bin invaziv dec\u00e2t spitalul. Medicina de familie reprezint\u0103 prima linie de ap\u0103rare \u00eempotriva problemelor de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i joac\u0103 un rol crucial \u00een prevenirea \u0219i gestionarea afec\u021biunilor cronice. Stomatologia nu trebuie subestimat\u0103, deoarece s\u0103n\u0103tatea oral\u0103 este str\u00e2ns legat\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tatea general\u0103. Neglijarea acestor sectoare esen\u021biale ar putea avea consecin\u021be grave pentru popula\u021bie, \u00eentruc\u00e2t, prin intermediul infrastructurii \u0219i al speciali\u0219tilor din aceste domenii, sunt furnizate servicii preventive \u0219i terapeutice vitale, contribuind astfel la reducerea mortalit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00cent\u00e2rzierea pl\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i lipsa de predictibilitate financiar\u0103<\/strong>\u00a0sunt alte probleme semnificative cu care se confrunt\u0103 sistemul medical, \u00eenc\u0103 din toamna anului trecut. Astfel, furnizorii dispun de resurse financiare reduse, ceea ce poate duce la \u00eent\u00e2rzieri \u00een prestarea serviciilor, deci un acces limitat, la \u00eengrijirile medicale necesare, \u00een timp ce imprevizibilitatea financiar\u0103 poate \u00eempiedica planificarea \u0219i dezvoltarea adecvat\u0103 a infrastructurii.
