Dear members,<\/p>\n

The President of the Board of Directors of the Private Medical Services Providers’ Association \u2013 PALMED, <\/strong>located in Bucharest, Str. Ruc\u0103r no. 36, sector 1, floor 1, postal code 012257, registered with the National NGO Registry with CIF: 22435650, convenes the General Assembly of PALMED members for February 14, 2025<\/strong>, at 6:00 PM<\/strong>, during the PALMED General Assembly Conference 2025<\/strong>, which will take place at Hotel Ursule\u021bul, Predeal<\/strong>, from February 14-16, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of articles 21 and 22 of the PALMED Statute. <\/p>\n

The General Assembly of the Association members will have the following agenda:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Election of the President and members of the PALMED Board of Directors;<\/li>\n
  2. Miscellaneous.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    As a PALMED member, you are invited to participate in the general assemblies of PALMED members, for which we are sending you the attached Voting Bulletin<\/a><\/strong> to express your vote<\/strong>, which should be sent with a handwritten signature or bearing an extended electronic signature, to the email address office@palmed.org.ro<\/a>, by February 12, 2025, at 6:00 PM, or submitted in person during the assembly.<\/p>\n

    In the event that voters do not hold the position of administrator, associate, or general manager of the legal entity,
    \n the authorizations of the representatives of legal entity members must be submitted along with the voting bulletins.<\/em>
    \n<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The secretariat committee of the General Assembly will count the votes and draft the minutes of the meeting on February 14, 2025.<\/p>\n

    We remind you that the General Assembly consists of all affiliated members, meets annually, and represents an opportunity to establish the strategy and general objectives of the association. Please let us know if you have topics you wish to include on the discussion agenda, under the Miscellaneous section. <\/p>\n
