The Board of Directors is the governing and administrative body of the Employers’ Association between General Assembly meetings and consists of 13 full members<\/strong> and 3 alternate members<\/strong>, individually elected from among the representatives in the General Assembly, by the latter. Representatives on the Board of Directors may only be administrators\/associates of member companies of the employers’ association or owners of individual practices.<\/p>\n

The term of office on the Board of Directors is two years<\/strong>, with the possibility of renewal<\/strong> for a further two years.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors works in the presence of at least 7 of its 13 members and makes decisions with the positive vote of half plus one of those present.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors may take decisions without meeting and deliberating if the act to be adopted is signed by all members of the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors is headed by a President, who is also the President of the Employers’ Association. The president may delegate the leadership of the Board of Directors to a vice president.<\/p>\n
