Purposes and legal bases<\/h3>\r\n<ul data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"2292\">\r\n<li data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1424\">\r\n<p data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1424\"><strong data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1337\">Member account administration:<\/strong> providing access and operating the platform \u2013 Art. 6(1)(b) and\/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1723\">\r\n<p data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1723\"><strong data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1474\">Forwarding appointment requests to clinics:<\/strong> steps taken at the request of the data subject \u2013 Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for any health data, processing by the clinic is based on Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR, and transmission via the platform is based on the patient\u2019s <strong data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1700\">explicit consent<\/strong> \u2013 Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1828\">\r\n<p data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1828\"><strong data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1741\">Newsletter:<\/strong> sending communications \u2013 <strong data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"1778\">consent<\/strong> \u2013 Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (withdrawable at any time).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"2046\">\r\n<p data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"2046\"><strong data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1888\">Analytics (Google Analytics) and website improvement:<\/strong> audience measurement and service quality \u2013 Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (per the Cookie Policy) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), with user control options.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"2047\" data-end=\"2292\">\r\n<p data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2292\"><strong data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2077\">PALMED\u2019s own statistics:<\/strong> PALMED may use website data about visitors (e.g., traffic, types of requests) strictly for its own statistical purposes, in <strong data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2234\">aggregated and\/or anonymized<\/strong> form, without the possibility of identifying individuals.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"2299\" data-end=\"2327\"><br \/>4. Who receives the data<\/h3>\r\n<ul data-start=\"2329\" data-end=\"2721\">\r\n<li data-start=\"2329\" data-end=\"2518\">\r\n<p data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2518\"><strong data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2355\">The selected clinic:<\/strong> receives the appointment request (by email and in its platform account) and processes the data as an independent controller for scheduling and medical services.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2662\">\r\n<p data-start=\"2521\" data-end=\"2662\"><strong data-start=\"2521\" data-end=\"2560\">PALMED\u2019s IT providers (processors):<\/strong> hosting and maintenance, email, analytics (Google), acting under contracts and strict instructions.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"2663\" data-end=\"2721\">\r\n<p data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2721\"><strong data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2681\">Authorities:<\/strong> only where there is a legal obligation.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"2728\" data-end=\"2760\"><br \/>5. How long we keep the data<\/h3>\r\n<ul data-start=\"2762\" data-end=\"3282\">\r\n<li data-start=\"2762\" data-end=\"2904\">\r\n<p data-start=\"2764\" data-end=\"2904\"><strong data-start=\"2764\" data-end=\"2784\">Member accounts:<\/strong> for the duration of the contractual relationship; upon termination, deletion\/deactivation within a reasonable period.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"2905\" data-end=\"3135\">\r\n<p data-start=\"2907\" data-end=\"3135\"><strong data-start=\"2907\" data-end=\"2924\">Appointments:<\/strong> temporary storage by PALMED for transmission\/technical confirmation; thereafter, the clinic retains data according to its own policies. PALMED may keep only aggregated\/anonymous statistics (no personal data).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"3136\" data-end=\"3198\">\r\n<p data-start=\"3138\" data-end=\"3198\"><strong data-start=\"3138\" data-end=\"3153\">Newsletter:<\/strong> until unsubscribe or prolonged inactivity.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"3199\" data-end=\"3282\">\r\n<p data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3282\"><strong data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3215\">Analytics:<\/strong> according to Google settings\/the Cookie Policy; users may opt out.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"3289\" data-end=\"3307\">6. Access to appointment content is strictly limited to technical administration; we do not use appointment data for our own purposes.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"4011\" data-end=\"4027\">8. Transfers<\/h3>\r\n<p data-start=\"4029\" data-end=\"4158\">If we use services located outside the EEA (e.g., Google), we ensure appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, etc.).<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"4165\" data-end=\"4179\">9.
