I chose Orthopedics because it is, in large part, a reconstructive specialty—it restores mobility and freedom. In an active, open world, these are precious values. Losing them is deeply felt, and regaining them is often a long journey. I am happy to walk this path alongside my patients—from pain and struggle to freedom.”
