Dr. Otilia Rașcașan is a senior specialist in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive microsurgery, holding a PhD in medicine, with extensive experience gained in both public and private healthcare units.
A large part of her career was dedicated to the County Hospital of Ploiești, where she served as Head of the Plastic Surgery Department, significantly contributing to the development of this specialty.
